Delicious cookies filled with chocolate and topped with pistachios.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use fresh pistachios for better flavor.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with your favorite chocolate.
