Description
A delicious dessert combining the flavors of pistachio, kunafa, and chocolate mousse.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, crushed
- 200g kunafa pastry
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300ml heavy cream
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix melted butter with crushed kunafa and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Bake the kunafa for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar, vanilla, and salt until soft peaks form.
- Fold in melted chocolate until well combined.
- Layer the chocolate mousse over the baked kunafa.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with crushed pistachios before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh pistachios for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
