A delightful dessert combining pistachios and kunafa in a mousse form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 package kunafa pastry (250g)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix melted butter with kunafa pastry and spread in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Stir in chopped pistachios and rose water.
- Layer the kunafa with the mousse mixture.
- Chill for 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- Garnish with extra pistachios before serving.
- Ensure kunafa is well-baked for the best texture.
