- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Cook your rice.
- Brown your beef with garlic and soy sauce.
- Boil your spinach and bean sprouts for one minute.
- Sauté your carrots in a pan.
- Fry your eggs.
- Mix gochujang, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Put your rice in bowls.
- Put your beef and vegetables on rice.
- Place one egg on top of each bowl.
- Pour your sauce over the bowl.
Notes
- Swap your white rice for brown rice.
- Include kimchi for more taste.
- Adjust your sauce for less heat.
