Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook your rice.
  2. Brown your beef with garlic and soy sauce.
  3. Boil your spinach and bean sprouts for one minute.
  4. Sauté your carrots in a pan.
  5. Fry your eggs.
  6. Mix gochujang, sesame oil, and sugar.
  7. Put your rice in bowls.
  8. Put your beef and vegetables on rice.
  9. Place one egg on top of each bowl.
  10. Pour your sauce over the bowl.

Notes

  • Swap your white rice for brown rice.
  • Include kimchi for more taste.
  • Adjust your sauce for less heat.
