Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in your skillet.
  2. Put your tortilla in the pan.
  3. Spread your cheese on the tortilla.
  4. Add your spinach, olives, and onions.
  5. Place your second tortilla on top.
  6. Press with your spatula.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Flip your tortilla.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve your meal.
