- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in your skillet.
- Put your tortilla in the pan.
- Spread your cheese on the tortilla.
- Add your spinach, olives, and onions.
- Place your second tortilla on top.
- Press with your spatula.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip your tortilla.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Slice and serve your meal.
Notes
- Serve your dish with yogurt.
- Add cucumbers to your plate.
- Use medium heat for your pan.
