- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Season shrimp with chili powder salt and pepper.
- Saute shrimp for three minutes.
- Place rice in bowls.
- Add shrimp avocado and corn.
- Top with lime juice.
