Instructions
- Preheat your large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the beef into four equal balls.
- Place one beef ball on your hot skillet.
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Press a tortilla onto the beef with a heavy spatula.
- Cook for three minutes until the meat develops a crust.
- Flip the tortilla and meat together.
- Sprinkle cheese over the cooked beef side.
