Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Cook pasta until tender.
- Drain the pasta.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Sauté garlic for one minute.
- Add artichokes and spinach.
- Stir until spinach wilts.
- Add cream and simmer.
- Mix in cheese.
- Combine sauce and pasta.

- Use baby spinach for texture.
- Drain artichokes to prevent water in the sauce.
