Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 brioche slider buns
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.

  3. Add the beef chuck, spices, and beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook in the oven for 3-4 hours until tender.
  5. Shred the beef using two forks.
