Description
Delicious pulled beef sliders served on soft brioche buns.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 brioche slider buns
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add the beef chuck, spices, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook in the oven for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks.
- Mix the shredded beef with barbecue sauce.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Assemble sliders with pulled beef on buns.
Notes
- Adjust the spices to your taste.
- Serve with pickles for added flavor.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for convenience.
