Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruit.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, almond butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Heat until melted.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
