Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, and dried fruit.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, almond butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Heat until melted.
- Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute different seeds or nuts.
