Ingredients

- 2 cups dried apricots
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak the dried apricots in water for 4 hours.
- Drain the apricots and place them in a blender.
- Add fresh water, sugar, and lemon juice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Chill the nectar before serving.
