Instructions
- Boil quail eggs for 4 minutes.
- Cool eggs in cold water and peel.
- In a bowl, add cooked quinoa as the base.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and spinach.
- Slice the quail eggs and place them on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
