Description
Raspberry buns are sweet, fluffy pastries filled with raspberry jam.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and milk; stir until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into squares and place a spoonful of raspberry jam in the center of each.
- Fold the squares over the jam and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries for the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These buns can be served warm or at room temperature.
