Description

Delicious raspberry chocolate lava cupcakes with a gooey center.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease ramekins with butter.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Fold in flour until just combined.
  7. Divide batter into ramekins. Add raspberries on top.
