Description
Raspberry Jam Buns are soft, sweet rolls filled with raspberry jam. They make a great snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any jam flavor you like.
