Description

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.
