Delicious red velvet brownies with a rich cream cheese swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Stir in food coloring.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the pan and swirl cream cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These brownies are best served at room temperature.
- Adjust baking time if using a different pan size.
