Description
A delicious and healthy dish made from roasted cauliflower steaks drizzled with tahini sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Water, as needed for thinning the tahini
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water to achieve desired consistency.
- Once the cauliflower is golden brown, remove from the oven.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower steaks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Adjust garlic in tahini sauce to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
