Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in rose water and cocoa powder.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pipe meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 1.5 hours or until dry.
  8. Turn off the oven and let meringues cool inside.
