Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in rose water and cocoa powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pipe meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until dry.
- Turn off the oven and let meringues cool inside.

- Use fresh rose water for best flavor.
