A sweet and fragrant treat made with rose water and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Add rose water and melted chocolate. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it set for 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of rose water to taste.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
