Instructions

  1. Heat oil in your pot.
  2. Add your carrots, celery, and onion.
  3. Cook until your vegetables soften.
  4. Add your garlic and cook for one minute.
  5. Pour in your broth and thyme.
  6. Bring your liquid to a boil.
  7. Add your gnocchi and cook until they float.
  8. Add your chicken and spinach.
  9. Pour in your cream and stir.
  10. Simmer your soup for five minutes.
  11. Season your soup with salt and pepper.
