Description

Saffron Chocolate Kulfi Pops are a delightful frozen treat combining rich chocolate and aromatic saffron.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat.
  2. Add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in condensed milk and heavy cream.
  4. Infuse saffron in a tablespoon of warm milk, then add to the mixture.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  6. Let the mixture cool.
  7. Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  8. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
