Description
Saffron Chocolate Kulfi Pops are a delightful frozen treat combining rich chocolate and aromatic saffron.
Ingredients

- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat.
- Add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in condensed milk and heavy cream.
- Infuse saffron in a tablespoon of warm milk, then add to the mixture.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness as per your taste.
- Use milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
- Let pops sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing from molds.
