Ingredients

- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp saffron threads
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Add saffron threads and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl.
- Pour the warm saffron-infused cream over the chocolate.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Mix in the butter until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop out small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
