A rich and decadent salted caramel chocolate slice that’s easy to make and perfect for dessert.
Ingredients

- 200g chocolate biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 200g brown sugar
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- Sea salt flakes, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the chocolate biscuits in a food processor.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the base of the dish.
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, brown sugar, and butter.
- Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour the caramel over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Melt dark chocolate and spread over the cooled caramel layer.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
