Description
A deconstructed version of traditional samosa chaat topped with various chutneys.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 samosas
- 1 cup chickpeas, boiled
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Break the samosas into pieces and place them on a serving plate.
- Add the boiled chickpeas over the samosas.
- Drizzle yogurt over the mixture.
- Add tamarind and green chutneys on top.
- Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Garnish with coriander and chaat masala.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Adjust chutney quantity based on your taste.
- Can add sev for extra crunch.
