Description

A deconstructed version of traditional samosa chaat topped with various chutneys.


Ingredients

  • 3 samosas
  • 1 cup chickpeas, boiled
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Break the samosas into pieces and place them on a serving plate.
  2. Add the boiled chickpeas over the samosas.
  3. Drizzle yogurt over the mixture.
  4. Add tamarind and green chutneys on top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with coriander and chaat masala.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
