Description
Seffa is a traditional Moroccan dish made with steamed vermicelli, flavored with cinnamon and almonds.
Ingredients

- 500g vermicelli
- 100g almonds, blanched and sliced
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 liter water
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
- Add the vermicelli and cook until tender.
- Drain the vermicelli and return to the pot.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the vermicelli.
- Add sugar and ground cinnamon, then mix thoroughly.
- Steam the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Top with sliced almonds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on your taste.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- Can be garnished with powdered sugar.
