Ingredients

- 4 marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
- Rub the marrow bones with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the bones in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
- While the bones smoke, toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
- Remove the bones from the smoker and let them cool slightly.
- Scoop the marrow onto the toasted bread.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
