- 4 beef marrow bones
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Season the marrow bones with salt and pepper.
- Place the bones in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour.
- While the bones are smoking, prepare the parsley salad by mixing parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Once the bones are done, remove them from the smoker.
- Spread the smoked marrow on the toasted bread and top with parsley salad.
