Description

Delicious smoked bone marrow served on toasted bread with a fresh parsley salad.


Ingredients

  • 4 beef marrow bones
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Season the marrow bones with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the bones in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour.
  4. While the bones are smoking, prepare the parsley salad by mixing parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  6. Once the bones are done, remove them from the smoker.
  7. Spread the smoked marrow on the toasted bread and top with parsley salad.
