Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or frying pan.
- In a bowl, mix cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
- Add smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill or in the frying pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a bun with your choice of toppings.
