Description
You combine beef and noodles in a sauce. You top the dish with sour cream and cheese.

- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 15 ounces low sodium tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 0.5 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups low sodium shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil the noodles until soft.
- Drain the water.
- Cook the beef in a pan.
- Remove the fat.
- Add tomato sauce and salt.
- Mix sour cream and cottage cheese in a bowl.
- Put half the noodles in a dish.
- Pour the beef over them.
- Add the rest of the noodles.
- Cover with the cream mixture.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
- You can use low fat cream.
- You should store leftovers in the fridge.
- You can reheat the food in a microwave.
