Spiced Cauliflower Wings are a flavorful and healthy alternative to traditional chicken wings.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and coat thoroughly.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and toss in hot sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made in advance and reheated.
