Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and coat thoroughly.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and toss in hot sauce.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
