Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in your large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season your steak with salt pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook your steak until browned.
- Add your onion and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Pan fry until your vegetables soften.
- Place your steak and vegetables on tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese over your filling.
- Fold the sides and roll your tortillas.
- Warm your burritos in the skillet for one minute.
