Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water.
  2. Cook the pasta until tender.
  3. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
  5. Add the sliced sausage to the pan.
  6. Brown the sausage for five minutes.
  7. Whisk the honey and soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
