Delicious meatballs coated in a sticky pomegranate glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce. Stir until thickened.
- Coat cooked meatballs in the pomegranate glaze.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
