Sticky Tamarind Beef Ribs are tender and flavorful ribs coated in a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Coat the beef ribs in the sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the oven for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and brush with additional sauce.
- Bake for another 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
