Description
Delicious strawberry truffles made with fresh strawberries and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash and puree strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and strawberry puree until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar until the mixture thickens.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Place on wax paper to cool and set.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Try using white chocolate for a different taste.
