Description
A fun and chewy yogurt candy dessert that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine yogurt, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the yogurt mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour into a greased pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy your stretchy yogurt candy.
Notes

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
