Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- In another bowl, mix marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
- Serve the fries warm with the marshmallow dip.
