Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tahini and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, and protein powder. Stir until combined.
- Mix in chia seeds and dark chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These can be frozen for longer shelf life.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
