Ingredients
- Potatoes – 4 large
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Tandoori spice mix – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil, tandoori spice mix, and salt.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- For the garlic sauce, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve fries hot with garlic sauce drizzled or on the side.
