Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4 large

  • Tandoori spice mix – 2 tablespoons

  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat the fries dry.

  5. Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
