Description
Tandoori spiced lamb chops are marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and yogurt, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 8 lamb chops
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add lamb chops to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with sides of your choice.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori spice.
- Serve with naan or rice for a complete meal.
