Tartufo is a traditional Italian chocolate ice cream dessert with a rich flavor and a unique appearance.

- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Take chocolate ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 10 minutes.
- Scoop chocolate ice cream into a bowl and form a ball.
- Make a hole in the center of the ball and fill it with vanilla ice cream.
- Seal the hole and reshape the ball.
- Roll the ball in crushed nuts and cocoa powder.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ball.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the ice cream flavors as desired.
- Serve with extra chocolate syrup on the side.
