Ingredients

Instructions
- Marinate beef cubes with lime juice, garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, thyme, and onion.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the marinated beef cubes until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
