Ingredients

- 2 lbs goat meat, cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the goat meat with garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, thyme, and lime juice for at least 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the marinated goat pieces to the hot oil.
- Fry until the goat is golden brown and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with rice or fried plantains.
