Description
This wrap combines chicken, teriyaki sauce, and vegetables in a tortilla. You get a meal that fills you up.

- 2 chicken breasts sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup cucumbers
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken until brown.
- Add sauce and simmer for two minutes.
- Lay tortillas flat.
- Put vegetables on tortillas.
- Add chicken on top of vegetables.
- Roll the tortillas.
Notes
- Warm tortillas before you roll them.
- Add seeds for crunch.
- Use fresh vegetables.
