- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 6 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a small dish.
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, let the ladyfingers soak longer.
- Use high-quality mascarpone for best results.
- Can be prepared a day in advance.
