Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream to soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
- Add melted dark chocolate and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Repeat with milk chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls.
- Layer the chocolate mixtures in a mold.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Let the cake sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing.
