Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and wasabi in a bowl.
- Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper.
- Press sesame seeds onto the tuna to coat it evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side for rare.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the tuna thinly and serve with sauce.
