- 200g pasta
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the yogurt sauce to the pasta and mix well.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil and pour it over the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can adjust the garlic according to your taste.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
