- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the mashed ube and mix well.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir.
- Add the condensed milk and sugar, mixing until fully combined.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer to a container and let it cool before serving.
