Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the baked pie crust.
- Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
